RFA Welcomes New Director of Tax and Trade
Ed Hubbard Brings Legislative and Law Experience to RFA’s Staff

Washington, DC – The Renewable Fuels Association is pleased to welcome Edward Hubbard Jr., Esq. as its new Director of Tax and Trade. Hubbard joins the RFA from the Washington, DC office of Maryland Representative Albert Wynn where he served as Legislative Director for over a year. Prior to joining Rep. Wynn’s team, Hubbard worked for Culver City, CA based law firm Willoughby & Associates for six years. Hubbard is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

“We are at a crossroads in this country with respect to our energy future,” said RFA President Bob Dinneen. “As crude oil prices creep towards $150 per barrel, we cannot afford to sit on our hands and hope the growing energy and environmental problems our nation faces disappear. The use of ethanol is vital to that energy future, and the RFA is committed to supporting new legislative developments that lead to increased use of renewable fuels. Ed’s expertise will prove invaluable as ethanol plays an ever-expanding role in lessening our dependence on foreign oil. I am thrilled to welcome Ed to the RFA family.”

Hubbard will work out of RFA’s main offices in Washington, DC.
